Refund & Return Policy

Every item in this store is printed on demand and made specifically for you when you order. For that reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, or for ordering the wrong size — please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

Defective, damaged, or misprinted items
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, damage, or a printing error, we will replace it or refund you in full. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at lucas.dedourges@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will sort it out quickly.

Lost or undelivered orders
If tracking shows your parcel was not delivered, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and make it right.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within a few business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
